Col de Beixalis
This is a proper challenge, and it’s definitely the better choice to climb it from this side. It kicks off in Encamp and ramps up hard once you get to Vila, holding at 10–11% for around 2.5 km. After 3.5 km, it backs off a bit, settling into 6–7% all the way to the top.
Col de Beixalis is often combined with Coll d’Ordino and one of the climbs that is hard to avoid when riding in Andorra. There are two alternatives though, you can skip it by riding through the Dos Valires tunnel or heading via Andorra la Vella.
