Head out along the coast toward the east and settle into the first climb of the day, Coll de Morell. From there, continue on to Ermita de Betlem, a short and picturesque climb on the eastern side of Mallorca.
From the top you'll have an incredible view over the bay of Alcudia. The monastery itself is a beautiful place to explore, even if you were not riding. You will return the same way you came, then follow a route back that cuts slightly inland and offers a fresh change of scenery.
