Round up your crew for a big day out to the highest climb in Catalonia. The climb faces south, so it usually opens early in the year, but always check conditions before you roll out.

Ride north toward Banyoles and head to the Pyrenees. From Camprodon the climb begins, though the first kilometers feel relaxed and steady. Once you pass through Setcases the climb get harder and keeps going all the way to the top. At the summit you will find a few shops and cafes, though they may be closed depending on the season.

After going uphill for the first half of the ride, it is time to settle in and enjoy the long, descent back toward Girona.
