Right out of Cortina, the Passo Tre Croci is mostly in the forest surrounding some of the Dolomites highest peaks. Pedalling between Faloria and Monte Cristallo feels unreal. Once you reached the Misurina lake, then the real challenge starts. The ramps get really tough to get to the Rifugio Auronzo, but the views are second to none. Food stops are available on most of the route as well.
