A true bucketlist ride, the route to Cap de Formentor. Start by climbing the Coll de la Crueta. At the Mirador, think about turning right and continuing to Torre d'Albercutx. It is a short detour and it delivers the best views of this part of the island. Roll on to Cap de Formentor. Grab a drink, soak in the views, then ride back the same way. For a change of scenery, return inland via Pollença.
Go early if you can. It is the best way to beat the crowds on the road to Cap de Formentor.
