Keutenberg

Length
1.6 km
Elevation
87 m
Gradient
5.4%

Don't let the average gradient fool you. The Keutenberg is one of the steepest climbs in the region. As you approach from the Engwegen, the climb stays hidden untill the last momentt. Make sure to shift into smaller gears early, because right after the sharp right-hand bend, it kicks off hard with gradients up to 22 percent. Once you spot the first house in the Keutenberg township, the worst is behind you. From there, the road continues with some false flats until you reach the T-junction with the Doodemans climb.
