They call it Taaienberg, or "tough hill," and it’s exactly that. Just 530 meters long, but it’s steep, rough,and packed with cobbles. This climb became known as the "Boonenberg" because Tom Boonen used it as his go-to spot to test his legs. He often used it to launch attacks during the Spring Classics.
