The Col de la Croix Fry from Thônes is a beautiful Alpine climb that winds steadily through quiet mountain villages and forested slopes. It’s a challenging climb with only a short respite before Manigod, after which the road kicks up again and stays demanding all the way to the top.

As you gain altitude, the views gradually open towards the surrounding peaks, giving the climb a classic Haute-Savoie feel. The summit offers a rewarding finish in a peaceful mountain setting, making this a memorable climb from the valley.
