Two classic climbs come together in this longer ride. Head out through the inland roads of Mallorca and tackle Coll d’Orient and Coll de Sóller from Bunyola. Plan a coffee or lunch stop near Sóller before taking on Puig Major. From the top, it is mostly downhill all the way back to Port de Pollença.

A classic out and back loop to Sa Calobra that rolls straight out of Port de Sóller and takes on Puig Major before dropping into Sa Calobra. This 77 kilometer loop serves up 2320 meters of climbing. The only flat stretch comes as you leave town, so once the road tilts up it stays serious.

Valdemossa loop from Alcudia

It makes for a full and rewarding day on the bike, with the altitude gain spread out nicely. The final climb to the Coll de Sóller asks for one last push. Dig in and enjoy it. From the top, you are rewarded with a long, flowing descent all the way back to Palma.

From this top, it's a relatively easy effort to head back to Palma, but your legs will definitely feel heavy after these three legends.
